How do I place an order?

Browse our books, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping details and email. You'll receive an invoice by email—no payment is required upfront for eligible orders. Follow the instructions in the email to complete payment.

How can I track my order?

After your order is placed, you'll receive an order number by email. Use our Track Order page and enter your order number and email to see the latest status and estimated delivery.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping on orders over $50. Shipping costs for smaller orders are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Can I return a book?

We want you to be satisfied. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us with your order number and we'll arrange a return or replacement. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

How do I use a promo code?

At checkout, enter your promo code in the field provided and click Apply. The discount will be reflected in your total. Some codes apply to specific books or minimum order amounts.
